Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website or enrolling in our programs. By accessing our website (skiesthelimitchristianacademy.com), submitting an inquiry form, or enrolling your child in our academy, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. ABOUT US
Skies The Limit Christian Academy LLC is a faith-based early childhood education and childcare organization operating two campuses in the Treasure Valley area of Idaho:
- Nampa Campus: 16299 Franklin Boulevard, Nampa, Idaho 83687
- Boise Campus: 12201 West Amity Road, Boise, Idaho 83709
We provide Christ-centered childcare and early education for children ages 6 weeks through Pre-K (approximately 5 years old).
2. WEBSITE USE
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website or systems
- Transmit harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
- Use our website in any way that violates applicable local, state, or federal law
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our website at any time without notice.
3. ENROLLMENT AND WAITLIST
a) Waitlist: Submitting a waitlist form does not guarantee enrollment. Waitlist placement is not a binding agreement and is subject to availability at the time enrollment opens.
b) Enrollment: Formal enrollment requires completion of our enrollment application, submission of required documentation, and execution of an enrollment agreement with Skies The Limit Christian Academy LLC.
c) Enrollment Eligibility: Children must meet age requirements for their respective program at the time of enrollment. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue enrollment at our discretion.
4. TUITION AND FEES
a) Tuition rates and fee schedules will be provided at the time of enrollment inquiry or tour.
b) Tuition is due as outlined in your individual enrollment agreement. Late payments may be subject to fees as specified in that agreement.
c) We reserve the right to adjust tuition rates with reasonable advance notice to enrolled families.
d) Registration fees, deposits, and activity fees (if applicable) are outlined in your enrollment agreement and may be non-refundable.
5. CANCELLATION AND WITHDRAWAL
Withdrawal from enrollment requires written notice as specified in your individual enrollment agreement. Tuition obligations during the notice period are the responsibility of the enrolling family. Specific cancellation terms will be detailed in the signed enrollment contract.
6. HOURS OF OPERATION
- Nampa Campus: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM
(Early drop-off available from 5:00 AM; confirm with staff)
- Boise Campus: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
We are closed on major holidays. Specific closures will be communicated to enrolled families in advance.
7. DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP
- Drop-off cutoff is 10:00 AM at both campuses. Children arriving after 10:00 AM may not be accepted that day.
- Children must be picked up by closing time. Late pick-up fees may apply as specified in your enrollment agreement.
- Only authorized adults listed in your child’s enrollment file may pick up your child. Valid photo identification may be required.
8. HEALTH AND SAFETY
All families are expected to comply with our health and safety policies, including policies related to illness, immunizations, and emergency procedures. These policies are provided in full at enrollment. We reserve the right to send home a child who appears ill in order to protect the health of all children and staff.
9. FOOD AND ALLERGIES
We provide home-cooked meals, snacks, and drinks. Outside food is not permitted due to food allergy concerns, with the exception of infant formula, breastmilk, and purees in original sealed packaging labeled with the child’s name.
Families are responsible for notifying us of any known food allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of enrollment.
10. PHOTO AND MEDIA RELEASE
By enrolling your child, you acknowledge that Skies The Limit Christian Academy LLC may take photographs or videos of children for use in our marketing materials, social media, website, and promotional content, unless you specifically opt out in writing at the time of enrollment.
11. FAITH-BASED ENVIRONMENT
Skies The Limit Christian Academy LLC operates as a Christ-centered ministry. Our programs, curriculum, and environment reflect our Christian faith and values, including worship music, prayer, and faith-based teaching. Enrollment constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of our faith-based approach.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Skies The Limit Christian Academy LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services giving rise to the claim in the preceding 30 days.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
13. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Skies The Limit Christian Academy LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of our services.
14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our website, including text, logos, images, and design, is the property of Skies The Limit Christian Academy LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.
15. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Canyon County or Ada County, Idaho, as applicable.
16. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
